Mano Minute (1/16): My 5 Favorite Proteins 🥩

Here are my five favorites for taste and health.

🦌 Venison
Lean, nutrient dense, and incredibly flavorful

🥚 Eggs
Versatile, affordable, and packed with micronutrients

🍗 Chicken thighs
More flavor than breast meat and very easy to cook well

🥣 Cottage cheese
High protein and easy to add to meals or snacks

🥛 Greek yogurt
Great texture, great taste, and excellent protein density

Protein choices do not need to be complicated.
They just need to be foods you enjoy enough to eat regularly.

BONUS TIP:
If protein intake feels hard, focus on adding protein to one meal per day instead of trying to fix everything at once.

Not just for beginners, but for everyone. Here is why. Machines protect your form. They guide your movement through a fixed range of motion, which means you...

Carbs are not the problem. The type of carbs is the problem. There are carbs that leave you feeling guilty, foggy, and hungry an hour later. Ultra processed snacks, white bread, sugary drinks, fast food. These spike your blood sugar fast and crash it just as fast. Your body does not get much from them. And you are...
